This is a self-clinching stud of pressurized mounting system, to take the place of the conventional clinching stud and welded stud. Realizes total cost reduction and sharply improves productivity.

Achieves saving of labor and assembling cost, because of pre-assembled washer. The combination of screw and washer is available as required depending on the purpose of use. Also suitable for automated fastening.

We propose a new form of press-fit self-clinching studs. The "Clinching Stud Bolt" realizes "suppression of burr", "reduction of warpage", and "improvement of anti-warping strength" by using a ring shape for the anti-warping projection.

It has a flanged head with cup shape which has same function with spring loch washer. By making the flange in the shape of a cup, it becomes possible to perform fastening at high torque and obtain an excellent loose-proof effect.
