Anti-Loosening Screw

Thread is TAPTITE (triangular) shape. This thread is constructed with combined included angle of 30/60 deg., which gives an excellent vibration proof and shock resistance by improving the lock action due to external thread interfering into internal thread, when this screw is fastened into tapped internal thread.

The increased number of contact points provides a higher loose-proof effect.Because it is well considered about torque which relates interfering with inner diameter of female thread, higher usability can be provided even when the internal thread shapes vary.

This is a screw coated with a microcapsule in which is sealed an epoxy-based adhesive. When the screw is screwed into a female thread, the capsule is destroyed, and the adhesive oozes out, to provide a high fastening force with hardening.

Nylon is spread on thread surfaces. When Softlok is screwed into the tapped internal threads or nuts, a higher friction resistance is generated between the gap between screws and female threads because of the elasticity of the nylon, thereby producing a great loose-proof effect.

Screw with a nylon press fit in the cut groove provided in the screw thread. The nylon is deformed as the screw is screwed in, producing a large loose-proof effect thanks to a high frictional torque due to its wedge effect.

This is an anti-looseness screw that interferes with a special thread profile on the flank surface, which is relatively stable (little variation) among the components of a female screw, to provide a stable anti-looseness effect that is not easily affected by the accuracy of the female screw.
